We Care Wellness Program- Ages 8-24

We Care Wellness Program:

COST $75 per week (regularly $100 per week)

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ SERVICE DETAILS AND AGREEMENT BELOW:

You are enrolling into our We Care Wellness Program. (For ages 8-24) This 3-month program allows students and young adults to work with a professional life coach/mental wellness coach once a week for 3 months. (with the option to extend services based on individual needs and appointment availability) Sessions are 45 min-1 hour and are virtual only.

We work with students and young adults who need help with building self-esteem, self-love, managing depression, removing negative thinking barriers, goal setting, or stress management. Clients will enjoy learning and building, as they improve mental health and happiness. Today's payment is for your first month of service.

Payments are due on the same date each month based off the date you sign up and make your first payment. Example: If you sign up February 19th, your payments would be due the 19th of each month. If you sign up on a different date then your monthly payments would be due on that date of each month.

Once you are signed up, a specialist will contact you by phone or email to schedule you or your child's first session.

Appointments are usually on the same day and time each week so please choose an available day/time that works best for you or your student if signing up your child.

If you need to make any adjustments at any time please let us know ahead of time. A minimum of 24 hours notice should be given if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.

If student/client is more then 15 minutes late to their appointment the appointment will be cancelled. Please be on time. There will be no make up sessions for a missed appointment. You have an option to re-schedule ahead of time.

If the coach has to cancel your appointment due to emergency or other un-preventable circumstances, a make up session will be offered.

Payments must be made on time each month. Missed payments will automatically terminate the client's spot in the program. You may make your monthly payments here on the website the same way you're paying today, under the We Care Wellness Program selection.

However, just be sure to include in the message box at checkout, which month you're paying for and client's full name. Example: Month 2- Erica Johns
